This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for refunds, return & exchanges.
- Eligibility for Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Refunds, returns & exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product is defective or damaged.
- Unpacking video is required from the start of opening the parcel.
Please Note: There are some rules to be followed while opening the parcel:
- Rotate the parcel 360° with the camera focusing on the sealed package or box, showing the shipping label or any distinguishing marks.
- Open the parcel carefully with the help of a scissors or cutter.
- Shoot the full video without any skip & cut.
- Skipped video won’t be acceptable.
- If the parcel is damaged or defective then show the product in the clip you are shooting.
NOTE:- If you don’t follow any of these rules then your claim will not be considered.
- Non-Refundable Items
Certain products may not be eligible for refunds, returns or exchanges, including:
- Personalized or custom-made items (unless defective or damaged).
- Gift cards or digital products.
- Products marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
- Refund Process
To initiate a refund:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product. Please email us at cuteliofficial@gmail.com with your order number, reason for the return, and the relevant photos & videos (for damaged or defective items).
- Once your request is reviewed, we will provide instructions on how to return the product, if applicable.
- Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging (if applicable).
- Upon receiving the returned product and confirming the eligibility, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after receipt of the product.
4. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take up to 7- 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
5. Partial Refunds
In some cases, a partial refund may be issued if:
- The item is not in its original condition (e.g., opened or used).
- The item is returned after the eligible return period. (2 – 5 business days )
Please note: The refunded amount will be exclusive of the original shipping charges while placing the order.
